No – you can stay with your agency or continue to work as an independent broker. Brokers recommended by Confia can come from different brokerages or be independent.
There are no registration fees or fixed costs.
Confia receives compensation for its referral service through a standard referral fee (25% of your commission) billed to you for each completed transaction. No additional charges for partners or clients.
No. If a transaction falls through no commission is earned, so you are not charged any fees.
After working with a licensed advisor, a “qualified” client is one who has assessed their file and financial needs and established the strategy (sale or purchase) for their real estate transaction. They have been fully briefed on the steps and planning of their project and have access to information and technological tools.
The client’s needs are evaluated to determine which partner broker corresponds best to their expectations, region, and the particularities of their project.
That's up to you. Ensure your profile ("My account / Real estate broker information" section) is up to date to receive referrals that correspond to your criteria. It’s you who indicates where your services are offered.
Client needs are taken into account when determining which partner broker will best respond to the specifics of the project. The broker’s territory, availabilities and areas of interest are also considered during the pairing process.
Mainly from the Desjardins caisse network. However, all homeowners and aspiring homeowners have the opportunity to use the Confia referral service.
You will receive projects corresponding to your criteria in the Confia Broker Zone app. You have time to view them and accept or reject them. You then receive a notification in the app indicating whether the client selected you or not.
Yes. You can always decline a project because the first step in the pairing process is confirming your availability and interest in the project.
They are licensed brokers employed by the Confia real estate agency to take charge of preparing client files in advance. So, when the match is made, you have everything you need to complete the sale or purchase project.
You can withdraw from the service at any time, for whatever reason. Certain procedures are in place to ensure that clients, who haven’t finalized their transaction before you leave, are well taken care of.
Currently Sherbrooke, Memphrémagog, Val-Saint-François and Haut-Saint-François regions. The service will soon be available in new regions.
All property sale or purchase projects, except for commercial properties.

At any time, you can delete your account by clicking the “Delete my account” link in your Confia Broker Zone mobile app profile. If you delete your account, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except for certain information that the law permits or requires us to keep as per our Privacy Policy. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated, and the data cannot be recovered or accessed.
