It's standard practice for brokers who receive referrals to remit a percentage of their commission to the referring entity. Once the transaction is finalized, your broker will pay a percentage of their commission to Confia. Confia does not charge you any additional fees or costs.

As a rule, pairing is done with brokers recommended by Confia. However, in certain circumstances, members of the Confia team, holding a real estate brokerage license, may represent a buyer or a seller in a real estate transaction, for example, in the event of a shortage of partner brokers in a given region or in any other situation where, in the opinion of the agency, it is appropriate to permit pairing with a member of the Confia team.

You can delete your account anytime by clicking the “Delete my account” link in your Confia Client space profile. If you delete your account, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except for specific information that the law permits or requires us to keep as per our Privacy Policy. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated, and the data cannot be recovered or accessed.
